Our bus never showed for this trip. We never got any communication about anything being canceled. I emailed and called the company. When I called the guy said that they have already refunded my money from the email I sent but I never got an email response or notification with that information. Had I not called as well, I never would have known. Also when I spoke to the company no one offered an apology or reason why it happened. I still have not seen anything on my credit card about the charge being refunded yet.

Very disappointed they cancelled our trip without notifying us the morning of after I made four attempts to contact them by email and phone.

Circumstances prevailed that Linda and myself had Dave all to ourselves for the entire day! in a very comfortable vehicle. He was very informative, personable and thoughtful. Chris was great in extending to us pick up at our hotel.
