this was a great zip line the views and area is absolutely beautiful the lunch we got was great the falls were pretty … the area is worth a visit but beware if you don’t have a car uber will not come get you even with the help of the gift shop giving us names of drivers we were cutting it close to get a driver to come get us and take us back to cruise port … so plan ahead and find someone to come back for you … uber cancelled over and over no one wanted to come the 30 minutes drive from hilo to get us

It was a first for both of us and we absolutely want to do it again. The guides were fun and experienced and ready to help in any way needed!

This company is awesome! We had a person with physical disability and they were great to work with to make this an experience to remember. The facility is fun with so many activities, viewing areas before you start, and food if wanted. We only did the 4 lines but great fun going over two long valleys and waterfall views. I recommend this activity (do the 9 if no issues with folks you are with).
