In addition, the 8:00 a.m. US Capitol tour does NOT include the Library of Congress All other daily tours do except for Mondays per the above. All tours start at 8 AM ,9am,11:30am,2pm from the meeting point at First Street and Maryland Avenue NE across from the United States Supreme Court no no sign allowed meet us 15 minutes before starting time

We loved our tour guide who was very knowledgeable about the Capitol, DC, and the Library of Congress; however, it was a very very rushed tour and we didn’t event get time to take pictures or enjoy the Rotunda as we were rushed in and out if the Rotunda in less than 2 min with many people in there. We couldn’t even look at the paintings as we were like herded cattle in there. Very disappointed in that lack of planning and opportunity. We paid to be treated better than just the general public taking a tour!

The your is 2 hours cover everything no private tour in any government building and you can stay after the tour finish to do what you like to do the Us capitol for everyone to visit not just you and they close it to the visitor if any president come to visit

Great composite overview of history of US Capitol and library of congresss. Knowledgeable tour guide, easy walk, good use of clock, small group allowed for questions.

The tour of the capitol was very short. They told us it had to be redacted because of the inauguration the day before. I definitely don't think it was worth $80 per person.
