In addition, the 8:00 a.m. US Capitol tour does NOT include the Library of Congress All other daily tours do except for Mondays per the above. All tours start at 8 AM ,9am,11:30am,2pm from the meeting point at First Street and Maryland Avenue NE across from the United States Supreme Court no no sign allowed meet us 15 minutes before starting time

While the tour guide was excellent, connecting with the group was a nightmare. Tickets stated to be at the Supreme Court building at 2 o'clock. At 1:55 no one was there. Turns out 2 o'clock was the meeting time for those seeing the National Archives building. The group then proceeded to the Capital. When my friend and I finally connected with the group and received our entrance pass into the capital, the time on the entry pass read 2:40. I showed the tour guide my meeting information. He said to contact you. Your web site meeting information was completely inaccurate, this site has dated and misleading information. Your site also offers visitors to contact you via email. I did this two days before the tour with the specific question as to the accuracy of meeting in front of the Supreme Court building. No one ever got back to me. Your misinformation created a very stressful situation for my friend and myself. In light of these events, completely created by your web site's misinformation, at a minimum, I believe you owe me a partial refund.

We would like to sincerely apologize for any confusion. I would like to clarify why the meeting location was unclear. We are currently going through a transition period for our capitol hill walking tour. The meeting location has been moved from the national archives starting the 16th of January. January 14th (the day of your tour) Was the final day for the national archives meeting location, and it is now moved to the supreme court and changed to be a 2-hour tour. We have found the problematic change on your ticket was made too early. We have since made sure that the listing appearing with an unclear meeting location was changed and this will not happen again as we have corrected the mistake. We are sorry this caused a delay for your group and will be reaching out to you to make things right. Thank you, ma'am, for taking the time for a review.

I have only 1 problem with this tour. The meeting point was very vaguely described. How about - Meet at the BACK DOOR of the National Archives Building (Pennsylvania Avenue NW - Directly across the road from the US Navy Monument) between the 2 large raised flower beds .
