Where to start? This place is freakin' awesome. If you are looking for something different and totally heart-pumping, this is THE place to go. There are several great packages to choose from. While a tad pricey, consider everything these guys are putting into it... gas, wear and tear, tires, etc. This is a very laid-back environment but there is no exception for your safety. You are strapped in tight, helmet, net, roll cage- all of it. Jason and the boys will walk you through and answer all of your questions before, during and after your experience. We chose the 10-lap package with the ride along (my husband drove, I rode along). What a thrill!! The only "problem" I had with it was that I was so scared, I had to get out at lap 5 (embarrassed!!)...The jumps are a blast and there's one that will knock your socks off. I will be going back, and I will do it again and again. There is NOTHING that compares with VORE. Nothing. Zip line? ATV in the desert? Shooting a really big gun? Heck no. You drive an off-road race vehicle, and they don't mess around. VORE is the thrill of thrills, and I recommend it to everyone who is looking for something extreme to do while in Vegas. JUST BOOK IT ALREADY!

Overall not a bad experience, just not as good as I expected. First in fairness I was not feeling well the day of the tour. When I booked the Let's get Dirty tour I was all alone but was told I would be in the truck by myself. The day of the tour, I have the instructor in the vehicle with me as I was the only one booked for this tour on this day. It was not as bad as I thought it would be, just unexpected. The tour was not as fast as I thought it could be, again maybe it was me. I mentioned I had hoped to get to open it up on a dry lake bed but was told these trucks are not built for high speed. They advertise these are professional race trucks and show videos how they run races up to 100 mph?? I was told we got up to 60 mph. I have reached these speeds on a Polaris Razer tour, so again I tought maybe we would be doing a little better than that. Do again, probably not.

My husband loves racing of any kind especially the Baja 1000 so getting to drive a real Trophy Truck was a dream come true. I opted for the short course so me and two daughters could watch which was great. And the boyfriends got to do a ride along which my husband thoroughly enjoyed trying to scare the crap out of them! There was just enough instruction as to not destroy a very expensive truck but not so much that you spent half the morning watching a video -- which was great! All the folks at VORE were very responsive and flexible and especially laid-back. In addition, the Pro Gun Club is just up the hill so the boys got to shoot guns after driving so a complete testosterone experience!
