Our tour was scheduled for 1:30 on Saturday. At 11:00 we received a call to say we were canceled due to them not receiving the information until late Friday night. Very disappointing! They have told us we will receive a refund. Hopefully it will arrive soon!!!

Nice variety 5 star is good but the communication between Viator and them was not clear . Viator sold us the tour with snacks there were none. The driver went out of her way to buy us a charcuterie board herself and stopped us for donuts atctgg my ecend. Long time to drink with no food!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had to for this one! We were so glad we picked 5starniagarafalls.com to show us the Niagara Wine Trail. Brett was our amazing tour guide!! We went to 3 wineries that Brett chose and had a great time. We met a wine maker and ate some cheese and chocolates...Yummy!! Thank you for also taking us to Lewiston to eat afterwards... We recommend this to Everyone...who’s liking for a great tour and a fun time. Brett was outstanding and made this tour worth every penny and stitch in my side from laughing!! Highly recommend!
