Arrived 10 minutes earlier then our appointed time and had to wait for another group to cycle in before us no biggie. Got the safety speech and the introductory how-to from Nate. Nate was good. He was nice, friendly and enthusiastic. The disappointment happens when you get to the tunnel. You go as a group but you enter the tube individually. You’ll get approx. 3-1 minute turns. Which goes by really really fast and you don’t get to do anything by yourself, your instructor constantly has his hands on you to control you. And paying extra for the ‘higher altitude’ is an absolute waste of time and money. The instructor grabs onto you and you do indeed go higher but he just spins in you in circles, basically, almost like his goal is to make you sick

I am sorry to hear your expectations were not met. Indoor skydiving, while safe, is an extreme sport and first-time flyers require assistance to learn and maintain a neutral flying position. If someone is able to maintain the neutral flying position quickly the instructor will release a bit but the instructor will always be in the tunnel with you and remain hands-on until you become an experienced flyer. Perhaps you can come back and try our L1FT program to fast track yourself to fly on your own?
