We pitched up at 7:30am for an 8am deparature only for the bus not to turn up. After trying to contact Viator & the trip organiser, I had to eventually turn on roaming (at a charge) to send messages via Whatsapp. Although viator sent me a reminder via text, the trip organiser decided to use whatsapp instead, & the original messages didn't mention that trip was cancelled, but just "I am Ben - your trip guide". He eventually told us trip was cancelled, & that the only day & time he could do trip was the following morning - where we already had another trip booked. Took a lot of rearranging but no apology from trip company. The girl who ws our guide the following day knew nothing of the issue !!!
