My sister and I were in Hawaii recently and chose to head to Waikele Shopping Outlets and took the Roberts shuttle. I have a couple things to note for future customers: (please note that I've taken other roberts shuttles before and they have NOT been like this)
1. The driver spoke very minimal English, and often switched languages without warning. So eventually people stopped listening, most people on this trip were Australian - and speak English. If any major communication was supposed to be made - we certainly missed it.
2. Hilton Garden Inn was the last stop to pick up for this trip, which I was not told or else I would've got on at another pickup stop. My sister has autism and I couldn't sit with her on the trip in case she had a meltdown. Not the mention the man I had to sit beside thought he deserved both seats (he was not overweight) and had terrible body odour, which of course I know Roberts cannot control, but it contributed to my poor experience.
3. The trip was advertised as 30 minutes when I booked it, however took roughly 40-45 to get there.
4. The employee at the Roberts Hawaii kiosk at Waikele was awful, I'd never received such bad service in a touristy area. She did not seem welcoming, and did not appear to want to be working at all.
5. The driver dropping us back at our hotel later that day was INCREDIBLY LOVELY though, and I wish we had her driving us earlier that day. Even though the drive back into Waikiki to our hotel took more than an hour, she dimmed the lights for people resting, talked to the ones that weren't, and gave commentary along the trip.

Aloha,
Thank you for review. I apologize for poor service displayed by or Kiosk representatives and the initial driver on your way to The Waikele Shopping Outlet. I would like the opportunity to look into what happened. If you can provide me the date and time of the pick up from the Hilton Garden Inn .
