The food was terrible!!! So lower your expectations. And I give the show 3 out 10. The meat is ok and the dancers are great.

I was worried that my 2&1/2 year old would be bored and tired, but she was really into it and enjoyed as much as we did. She said she loved it. It was pleasant surprise and fun night.

Unfortunately this was not what I expected. The Luau felt impersonal and felt like a mass production. Quality of food and supplies was poor (see pictures). Broken glassware, found hair in napkin, our waiter never came around to take our drink order. We were placed in a corner next to unclean supplies (see picture) in a table full of only non-english speaking people which made socializing impossible. Those seating you obviously do not pay attention to detail. We tried to change seats as we obviously did not belong in table full of much older no english speaking people. They didnt even place my BF in front of me, like we noticed they did to other couples. we tried to get into the spirit of Aloha but nobody ever came by for us to voice our concerns. We even had to clear our own plates because they sat on our table far too long into dessert. I literally carried my plates to the back scenes ( everyone else had their plates cleared). There was a minimum of 300 people present in total and created a long line. Chaos. They are taking on way more than they can handle. There were 2 Luaus from the same company happening at the same time next to each other which was distracting. The ukulele singer never made her way to our table even though she said she would. She also looked exhausted and not excited to sing. The “Hawaii Greeting” wasn’t personal and most employees looked annoyed to be there. More chatter amongst themselves than with us. While in line for food, my side of the buffet ran of chicken, so I notified the host. She said “just cut to the front of the line of the buffet adjacent to me” And I was left like what what? Your solution to my problem is to create another problem for someone else??? It was horrible. I actually was very upset and disappointed the entire time. The rock n rolll show was cool but not worth the torture they put you through first. Also they forced some people to sit in assigned seats while others were left to choose wherever they wanted. This was not fair and very unorganized. I didn’t buy any upgrade but was one of the people who was able to choose my seat in the theatre. The show was unique, way too much Michael Jackson and Elvis for me. I was hoping to see and learn more traditional Hawaiian dance. The fire guy was cool and the outfits were so beautiful ! The theatre itself is impressive but management of guest lacks detail. ***As a first time visitor to Hawaii I 1000000% can say THIS LUAU IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY. BIG TOURIST TRAP. YOU CAN FIND HAWAIIAN CULTURE ELSEWHERE ON THE ISLAND***
