Average. Young crew. Mixed crowd Vessel was mediocre with low end furnishings. Parking is very limited. Note/ they make you take off your shoes and store them while on board. You get one drink ticket. Drink was one beer or a one-shot sized spirit with mixer served in a paper cup with ice :( If it weren’t for the DJ, captain and the views, I’d rate it lower.

Aloha Donna, We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your time on the tour and I would like to touch on some of the points you mentioned. Yes, we have a youthful crew, but I assure you that they are all experienced and well qualified for the position. One of our favorite features of the tour is that we attract a diverse group of people who can all connect and enjoy the beauty of Hawaii together! Our boat is one of the newest in the harbor and was custom built with an over 120k sound and lighting system. This among our other features such as the live DJ have grown our reputation as the premier tour. We notify all guests in our description, confirmation email, and try our best to call before each tour reminding our guests to be dropped off due to the limited parking. We are sorry if you weren’t made aware of this policy. Our drink selection includes a variety of local beers, seltzers, spirits & soda, mixed drinks, wine and more! We use paper cups to be eco-friendly and boat safe instead of any plastic or glass products. We are glad that you enjoyed our Captain and DJ and hope that you can join again in the future to restore your impression of our tour. Mahalo!!
