I did not like having to find the location to validate my pass. I took 3 of the 4 trolley routes, only skipping the pink line, that I would have ridden if my pass was validated. I used the green line to get to Diamond Head, hiked to the top and made it back for the next one on the schedule, which worked out really well. Most people seem to stay on the trolley most of the route so it did not feel like a hop-on hop-off but you have that option. The drivers were informative and funny!

We had the 7-day pass which cover all the different lines. It was very convenient and the commentary was informative. We also used it as our transportation to and from major landmarks in Honolulu. We had a great tour of the Iolani Palace and Chinatown on the Red Line. We love the Blue Line - it took us on a breathtaking tour of Oahu’s southwestern shore along the Kalanianaʻole Hwy from the Waikiki Shopping Plaza all the way to Sea Life Park. We made our stops at the Diamond Head Crater for our hike to the top and stopping at the Halona Blowhole for awesome photo opportunities. Absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend this hop-on hop-off trip.

This was a lot of fun and such a great way to explore Waikiki and Honolulu! We gorgeous the tickets for a few days and just did it all!
