Easy reservation process; i called during pur trip and the assistance was helpfull and friendly. Unfortunate were the maps not available.

Staff was great. Bikes were alot of fun. Great views of historic monuments. Would and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

So after spending hundreds of dollars on Viator Travel over the past month, I had to cancel ONE booking…simply ONE! Just ☝🏾…I was in DC, had to cancel a Washington DC e-bike rental due to the weather, they refused to reimburse me. I told them I had to cancel cause the weather was bad and didn’t want my kids riding under such weather conditions. REFUSED. So, because of the weather, that I have no control over, you’re not willing to accommodate? How disappointing. After years of using VIATOR, I definitely will NEVER be using them again. Once again, how disappointing. I guess they needed the money more than I did.
