  • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
  • This is a small group experience, with each electric cart limited to a max of 7 people. Whilst we do our best to seat groups together, we aren’t able to guarantee this and at times, groups may be asked to sit on separate carts.
  • This tour runs year-round and will proceed rain or shine unless such weather constitutes a dangerous situation. In case of rain we strongly recommend wearing rain gear, ponchos and having an umbrella with you. The final decision on cancelling a tour will occur at least 1 hour prior to departure and all possible guests will be contacted.
  • Carts accommodate most types of infant seats and we encourage parents to bring their own. We can provide an infant seat, as long as a guest calls us at least 48 hours before the tour and informs us of the age and weight of the infant.
  • Wheelchairs can be accommodated, but not provided. We must be advised at time of booking if bringing your own wheelchair to ensure we can accommodate your request on your chosen date and departure time. All request are subject to availability.
  • The itinerary and its order of stops are subject to change at any time. Monuments visited may change due to local road or monument closure which are beyond our control. Most travelers can participate
  • Your tour covers the National Mall in an all-electric vehicle. We're committed to reducing the environmental impact of vehicle-based tourism in Washington DC, which makes up the vast majority of tours given in this city. Make a "green" difference by seeing the Mall via electric transportation!

I’ve been on this same tour before, but wanted my husband and nephew to experience it. Our tour guide, Peter, was highly knowledgeable, engaging, obviously enthused about his job. He had loads of enjoyable subtleties to his presentation, which sometimes made me laugh out loud. He kept the stories clicking along while we rode, and he was entertaining with quirky, little known factoids. I must mention that the temperature was in the low 30s, but the cart had blankets, which helped us. After an hour and twenty minutes, everyone in the 7-person cart agreed for a shortened tour since we were all shivering. Peter was more than happy, and he reiterated his offer sincerely, that he would continue if we had wished to go on to the usual end time. Peter was an overall better tour guide than the one I had taken by the same company a few years ago. Very professional. I hope he continues sharing his knowledge of the DC area in some form or another. I’m so glad our nephew was able to experience such an interesting ride around DC.

What a wonderful experience to see all the monuments at night and in the snow! Peter made it very enjoyable and had a wealth of knowledge. He also provided warm blankets and got us as close to all the sights as possible. I would highly recommend this tour - very personal and so much fun!

The evening was spectacular! We enjoyed the beautiful monuments illuminated at night. Ron was informative, funny and knowledgeable. He engaged well with different ages. It was great to get to see so many monuments in the two-hour tour. It was fantastic having such a small group and allowed a personal touch and dialogue with our tour guide. Definitely not to be missed!!
