Washington DC Political Scandals and True Crime Night-Time Tour

Aperçu
Join us on this uniquely DC true-crime night tour. Learn the stories and the drama surrounding events that made this city shine amongst the shadows of American history. With the help of our buses, we can cover a lot of ground in a short amount of time while still getting up close and personal. Learn the history of infamous moments at the places where they happened: we'll see the iconic Watergate Hotel and enjoy the stunning rooftop terrace of the Kennedy Center, two reminders of the most headline-making moments in the American 20th century; we'll visit locations great for social media and photos like the plaza outside the Capitol & supreme at night, and the National Mall where we'll learn the wild history of the Smithsonian, the world's largest museum that's based here in DC. This tour is an excellent option for travelers looking for a fun spin on a sightseeing tour and for visitors who have already seen the classic sights and want a little more from Washington's scandalous stories.

I was in DC for work and didn’t have a whole lot of free time. By the time my work commitments was done, the museums were closed. I stopped by the concierge desk at my hotel to ask for recommendations on a fun activity as I didn’t want to spend the only free night in my hotel room watching “Law and Order” reruns. He recommended this tour, and my only reservation about it was the time (it runs 7:30 pm - 10:30 pm, and I had a 5:30 am start to my day the following morning). Let me tell you, I am so glad I went! My tour guide was Evan (the driver was Latonya), and it was an amazing experience. Evan is very knowledgeable and delivered the historical information in a perfect combination of facts and humor. He was patient with all the questions we bombarded him with, and really came across as a genuine and caring human being. If you’re ever in DC, I highly recommend this tour, I’ve learned so much about historical events, and already planning my return to DC so I can learn even more.
