We have used this service for over two years now, excellent service, very responsive and first class service and vehicles. We have used for airport runs, private dinners and events and they are always on time, reasonably priced and provide great service. We highly recommend this service and use them as our go to service. We contacted Black Hawk as a last minute decision in DC as the kids had been sick with food poisoning and were not up to lots of walking. With only 1 day left to see the city we needed help and Black Hawk turned out to be the best decision ever. The staff on the phone were very helpful and accommodating. Once booked everything continued to run like clockwork. Jorge was not only very professional in his approach, but a great guy to talk to about the city, with more information, stories and history than we ever would have got from the tourist brochures or regular bus tours. We never felt rushed, could decide what we wanted to see and what we wanted to miss, adjusted the schedule a little on the fly to spend more time in a couple of locations and ended up seeing more of the city then we ever could have hoped. Being able to hop in and out where we wanted meant this was not just a drive by tour. We just spent more time at the venues and less time getting from one to the other. Jorge was so good that we also had him pick us up for the early morning (5:30am) trip to Baltimore Airport. Black Hawk made what could have been a disaster of a trip to DC a very enjoyable and memorable one.

I hired Black Hawk Sedans twice during our family trip to DC. The first was an airport transfer, our driver was Pedro. When we arrived at the airport he was already there very professional and the ride was super smooth. Later on our trip we hired Black Hawk Sedans for a private tour of DC. Our driver Jorge arrived promptly at 10am and was very knowledgeable. He made the trip enjoyable and very informative. We were a family of four with 2 kids ages 8 and 5. The tour was customizable which was great if you have small children. Do yourself a favor and hire Black Hawk Sedans you won't regret it!!!
