Luckily I checked my email at 6:30 am before the four of us traveled across Maui, only to find out our tour was "canceled"! WE booked this horseback riding experience through Viator. I called the Horseback riding company and they apologized profusely, trying to explain that the error was on the part of Viator. I then got a call from a Las Vegas number, and a very nice person, who I could hardly understand. It was Viator, saying that they were very sorry, that the Horseback riding company was to blame. At any rate, they are booked into July, so no matter whose "fault" t was, we did not get to ride.I expect a full refund.
