We had just flown in from Honolulu and weren’t able to check into our hotel so we were looking for an activity. We came to Maui to see the whales after all so we decided to start the weekend off right! The crew was so accommodating, talkative, attentive, and friendly. We quickly found whales and the crew explained what behaviors we were observing. Great bar menu, comfy seats and great conversation. The highlight of our Maui weekend. Thank you guys for the generous military discount as well! We’ll be back.

A week ago on Saturday March 2nd we went for a cruise with the Sea Maui gang and had an absolutely unforgettable time. The crew, captain Phil, specialist James, specialist Mario all looked after us incredibly well. Within minutes we spied a few whales and then proceeded to get closer, once we were within a hundred yards or so the captain killed the motors and we drifted while being spellbound by the whales. Once the Whales had enough of entertaining the humans they left and we went back to enjoying the cocktail cruise. This wasn’t our first trip with Sea Maui and won’t be our last as we have made some friends there and will certainly be back. Thanks Phil,James and Mario. See ya soon.

This tour is not for Seniors or the infirm. Boarding and off boarding takes place straight from the ocean floor. No dock The catamaran rams into the beach and you board right there. This was a accident waiting to happen. We spent about 20 minutes in pursuit of the the whales and the rest of the time riding around in the water. It overall was a major disappointment

We absolutely agree with you. This trip was not for you. I’m not sure who booked you on this tour but they should have done their research. We recommend that fragile or immobile senior citizens go to the imax theatre at Maui Ocean Center or one of the larger boats that accommodate wheelchairs etc. Rest assured the tradition of beach catamarans here in Hawaii will remain safe for the rest of the public. Mahalo!
