Cant review about the whale watching because didnt get to go, I bet its beautiful.
Disappointed with customer service… I booked online - my sched changed and I tried cancelling via reservations email and could not. Had my husband call to cancel - by then it passed the 48h cuz phones are office hrs (I work office hrs as well reason why booked online)- thought that any reservations inquiry could be done same method as booked, online - my mistake for assuming after reading the info.
My husband after receiving a “no” for cancellation had to rebook for another date (where again I could not go due to schedule) and had to pay more. Tried calling again when I was off, no answer- this time left vm. Just dont understand how we can book online after hours -but not cancel or rebook via reservations email; legit question: what does the reservation email do?
Then I get one of those emails like I was on the trip, thanking me lol
At least the money goes to the whales - right?
I know some situations are different and cant be resolved, so all in all thank you! All the best!
