Tour guide was great and very knowledgeable. Took awhile to find whales but they did great to find us some. was worth it. Perfect weather.

What a great trip on a beautiful Sunday (10/6) fall afternoon. Ship starts boarding at least 30 minutes before departure so get there early for the best seat. We sat on the top deck which is probably the best if it’s not too cold. We found the whales about 40 minutes out and stayed with them for at least an hour. We watched Clamp and her calf for quite a while. Another big male came up right next to the boat but didn’t stick around. They are beautiful humpback whales and Clamp put on a spectacular tail slapping show. This trip is a special treat. The narrator really loves her job and it shows. She is so knowledgeable and loves to share the experience. Highly recommended this trip.
