We were coming to the end of our Central Florida holiday and looking for places to go . I saw the safari in a tourist leaflet and decided to pay a visit.
We loved it !!!!
the drive thru safari park is a long and winding road thru field enclosures containing all manner of animals ( no big cats or pacciderms ) there are however lots of herds of cattle, buffalo , zebra antelopes , wildebeest and all manner of strange exotic cattle , after the drive spend an extra $5 and feed the giraffe from a platform putting you at eye level with them , there is a small gift shop , and toilets at the exit, after this drive to the left and enter the small zoo park , this really is an absolute treasure, lots of caged exhibits, animal shows , a petting zoo , an Alligator pond , it was a joy to walk around and a total surprise , there is also an airboat option which we didnt take as we had run out of time being so absorbed with the rest of it, this was amongst the best of times that we had in Florida
