Our most popular tour! Join us on a stunning kayak tour to and from beautiful and primitive Wild Horse Island on Flathead Lake! The rich wildlife diversity of Wild Horse Island makes it an excellent spot for observing and photographing nature. Among its inhabitants are bighorn sheep, mule deer, bald eagles, osprey, and of course -a small herd of wild horses.

We provide a comfy kayak for every guest and all the gear to keep everyone safe while paddling. We also provide maps and all the information necessary for you to safely explore for 2 1/2 hours on Wild Horse Island. Your knowledgeable guide will paddle with you from our "put in" spot to/from Wild Horse Island.

This was our first time to Flathead lake and wanted to get out on the water and explore the area. This was the perfect experience. We had a wonderful time with our guide Shelby. She was patient and helped us to feel confident in rowing. She was also very knowledgeable about the area and the island. We very much enjoyed our hike around the island and seeing the wild horses. This was a wonderful outing and I would recommend to anyone looking for a fun day on Flathead Lake!

Was exhilarating to kayak and then explore the relatively uninhabited island away from the crowds at Glacier. We hiked to the top of an overlook providing a great view of the surrounding island and lake. The guides were super friendly, easy-going and very helpful. We enjoyed every minute and strongly recommend this to visitors to the Flathead Valley
