This is an amazing experience!! 100% worth the money. Our guide, Gavin, was the best! Very personable, funny, and made sure we had a blast. Highly recommend Gavin and this quad tour!

Fantastic fun! My husband and I did this as a Holland America excursion. First is a safety class, then a bit about how the ATVs work. Off, on, brakes,etc. They provide helmuts; wear shoes and clothes you can get muddy! Our tour guide lined us up putting the least experienced or uncertain person right behind him so he could be sure they were ok. Safety first every step of the way. He never went fast than the slowest person could go. So we started of slow. He kept checking on everyone to see how they were doing. Then he gradually picked up speed. By the end we were running full out through creekbeds and puddles! Everyone had a blast! We also took 2 breaks to enough the scenery. Alaska at her finest! I would definitely recommend this trip and this company. You will have fun!!!

Ordered a lot of business for them with a party of 8, chose the option of getting picked up at Aurora Denali Lodge. When the morning came for the event I saw a missed call one hour before the event (no message) so I called them back and the lady said they couldn't pick us up and we have to come to them, Google maps took us to construction closed road based on the address given, I called and we found our way to the place, I went to front counter and she told me to "go outside and find a man named Keegan." I went outside and asked around (there were a bit of people around), once I found Keegan I told him of my experience and he sympathized and encouraged us that we were going to have fun, so we decided to continue the excursion. Someone riding in our guide line crashed on first decline and Keegan was wise to change him out right away from ATV to Side-by-side. Keegan saved our excursion and was the only person it seemed making things happen. I don't know how Black Diamond would run without him. If not for Keegan, I would say this company gets two stars because disorganization and not following through with what was agreed (failed pickup when they had several vans on-site when went through the mess of finding them) is most of everything (should be loss of at least three stars). One star for mostly functional ATVs and Side-by-sides and one saving star for Keegan.
