This was my first time zip-lining and it was so much fun! Our guides did everything they could to make sure we had a great time, going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and safe. Thanks to Scott and Justin for being so helpful, kind, funny, and informative. The actual zip-lining was exhilarating and beautiful, not scary at all (even though you are going up to 45 miles per hour across deep valleys or canyons)! The scariest part was the ride up to the top on wet clay roads with snow and ice on hairpin turns! The only hard part for me was getting so out of breath hiking up and down to the platforms on icy trails, because I was not accustomed to the thin air at that altitude. But, no worries, there was always one guide leading the group and another following. So if I got winded and had to slow down, Scott was right there with me encouraging me to take as long as I needed. He even took some photos for me! All in all it was a great experience, and I'd love to go back and do the Fins Course the next time I'm in Colorado. --Carla
