It was an awesome tour. Andrew showed me great places around the memorial, explained really everything and answered all of my questions with a lot of joy. I felt like going on a tour with a good friend, not just with a tour guide. I highly recommend this tour. I took the all inclusive package with tour, museum and observatory. The tour was amazing, the museum a must see!!! and the view from the observatory really awesome!! I would totally do it again!!

Our guide, Andrew who was extremely knowledgeable, provided an eye-opening behind the scenes view of the morning of 9/11/2001. Despite a very cold New York day, the tour was comfortable. Many stops indoors, short walks between stops and lively conversation made for a most enjoyable tour to begin the day. I do suggest this for older children and adults only. This package was a great value as it included both the museum pass and observatory pass. Large crowds at both due to tourism around the holidays, so I would suggest a day other than Saturday. Our plans being flexible afforded us the chance to experience all, but this would not have worked on a tight time line.

My wife and I booked this tour before coming out to NY. We were lucky to have Andrew as our tour guide walking us around and showing us really important and memorable things that we couldn't couldn't have seen or known about on our own. It was a luxury to have a native New Yorker walk us around and relive that day with the extra large photographs he carried and shared with us so it was easy to see the before, during and after all from the same spot. One of the best tours my wife and I have ever taken. Thank you.
