I, with 3 friends recently took the Yellowstone Full Day Small Group Tour with Kelsi as our guide. Initially, I was dismayed that we missed key spots like Old Faithful and Prismatic Spring, which were on the itinerary. We started at Mammoth Hot Springs (not listed) and continued with the remaining stops. Kelsi, though friendly and generous with snacks and lunch, seemed unaware of the full itinerary at the start, later explaining that it’s impossible to cover all seven spots in an 8-hour tour. While the experience was enjoyable overall, I believe Viator should adjust the itinerary to reflect what’s realistically achievable within the time frame, to avoid disappointment.

Hello, Thank you so much for your feedback. It does appear that there is a discrepancy between the listing you see and the product you booked. We're rectifying this with Viator and are appreciative to you for flagging it for us. We're glad you still had a great time in a beautiful park! We'll follow up directly as well with more information.
