As you travel along the trail taking in the stunning vistas, our engaging audio tour will educate and entertain with stories and histories of the local area.

Whether you are an outdoor enthusiast, history buff, curious about geology or a compulsive collector of new experiences, this audio tour has something for everyone.

The tour will take approximately 4 hours, but you can pause the audio guide when needed to go at your own pace.

Please note this tour is only available in English.

We thought this was very interesting and we bought this on a cool, rainy day. It was interesting to listen to the narrator tell about the history and stop by the places we were interested in and then start the audio tour back up when we got in the car. We learned the history of some of the first families of Lake Tahoe and interesting tidbits!

We were flabbergasted at the number of people who just turned up without pre-booking their entrance or parking during these Covid days. Luckily we had been on the Park website and the 4 of us planned it all out beforehand. Good information in the audio guide and was worth the price.

We enjoyed this tour and if you download the content first and do things in the correct order like booking your entry and parking then this is enjoyable. We were lucky that the weather held up for us too.
