Our tour guide, Tyler, was informative as well as entertaining! She definitely made history come alive. She had a great rapport with Philippe, our horse and it was reassuring to hear about the farm where he stays and all of their policies regarding the care of their horses. Beaufort is a beautiful little town and we’re so glad we chose to do this tour and hear a bit of history behind the gorgeous homes.

I loved Fillipe. He was truly a southern gentleman!! Even though he was a horse he wore his American colors proudly.

Daughter surprised me with a carriage ride for my birthday. Guide very friendly, funny with interesting information. Ride was pleasant without feeling rushed. horses were checked often with plenty of treats, rest stops & water. Guide was willing to answer any questions and seemed very knowledgeable about local history.
