Best way to enjoy historic area. Leisurely pace, great commentary by driver, and a horse (Phillipe) with his own personality. Wish it had lasted twice as long. Highly recommend this experience.

Only had 2 hours to see Beaufort and Anastasia and Blaze will bring us back for a longer visit. Anastasia loves her town/history and it shows. Best tour we had from Savannah to Charleston.

We've been to Beaufort and walked around old Beaufort many times over the years but this was our first time to take the carriage ride. I'm so glad we did. Not only was it much cooler than walking, it was a super informative, relaxing, and fun tour. Sorry I can't remember their names but our driver and guide were superb, and "Captain", our beautiful steed, couldn't have been better. You can tell he was much loved and well cared for. Although we had seen the pre-Civil War homes before, we now know much more about their history, as well as history of the whole area. A very entertaining and informative tour that I highly recommend.
