People were nice but there were a few issues with the guide flags in the sea, they were too further out which meant going up and down all the time to check we were in the right place. Apparently this was incorrectly placed by someone and moved by the current. We also were in a group with a little child and it was his first time so he struggled. We are not allowed to be separated so if the child couldn't dive we were told to go up again.. It was so messy and we waited so long to dive that i got sea sick and i gave up. So frustrating as I was looking forward to it so much because my previous experiences were amazing. As an advice, too much talking, briefing before going in the water, briefing in the water and then have to follow a rope down being careful not to get kicked by the other people in the group was a bit much. I think I wouldn't mix groups or should be an option for a more private dive. I would have taken that if i knew we were going to be with more people. Also the meeting point was not at the diving point, it was a store on the nearby town and we didn't hire a car so that meant getting ubers from the store to the beach in our wetsuits. This should be specified on the booking. Its not cheap so I'm very disappointed this went this way.

Thank you for your feedback. We never take more than four per instructor. If you have one in the group that’s taking long to get comfortable it can be long for the others. We use a line to descend to avoid going down too fast and have lots of time to equalize the ears. We don’t mix groups unless it’s a family that wants to dive together. We do include in the confirmation email that we don’t transport to dive site but maybe needs to be in bold at top. I’m sorry your experience with us was lacking.

Sivan was great! We were a group of 4 in total 3 family memes and I solo traveler. The spot is great for starting your scuba journey.

Our guide Sivan was amazing! He was super encouraging and welcoming to all divers involved no matter if they were experienced or beginners. He did a really good job making sure everyone was prepared and comfortable with the dive and showed us lots of cool endemic fish
