I took my 9 and 11 year old to Hot Springs for a few days over Spring Break. They looked at options for activities and the ZIP LINE was a must on the list. We reviewed a few options and this came up as the best. The weather was iffy, and the fee non-refundable, but the kids were desperate and we'd had a beautiful day the day before. Waking up on Zip day it was gray and wet, but we headed out. The staff greeted us smiling and seeming unworried about the weather. We got geared up, and the staff members were great (girl and guy - can't remember names but were AWESOME). All felt super safe, (having never Zip lined before). The rain came after the 2nd of 12, and it was muddy and cold and wet. If the weather is questionable, dress warm and waterproof and you'll have no worries. Aside from being cold, which was not at all fault of staff, the experience was wonderful and the kids loved every minute, even tho wet and cold as well. Imagine an 11 and 9 year old NOT complaining about being wet and cold. We had 7 other people with us, so there was a bit of wait time, another reason to dress warmly, and we all got along great, taking different turns and working as a group. I can't imagine how awesome this would have been if the weather had cooperated. A must for all. There was a 7 yr old boy as well who did great. Lots of fun, variety, safety and thrills. Don't miss out on this!!
