A dry evening soon turned into a torrential downpour with thunder and lightening . The storm protective flaps had to be rolled down in order for us to remain dry. The battle between the volume of the music and the volume of the storm noise raged for quite awhile with intense moments as the storm seemed right overhead. My husband and I wondered if the boat captain should return us safely to land instead of proceeding with the sunset cruise. After perhaps an hour or more of intense rain, we were rewarded though with a spectacular sunset with brilliant colors...which was the reason for the trip. We were disappointed that there was no narration except for pointing out the gargoyles on a house roof. We were thankful for the captain's confidence that we would return safely !
