The flight and the experience was wonderful. Our pilot, Marco, was personable, professional, and responsive to all questions and requests. He safely took off, flew around the Seattle area showing and explaining the sights we were seeing, then safely landed. I had never flown in a seaplane and at 76 I figured it was high time I did so. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you. The only glitch was attempting to find the place to meet the pilot. The address and directions initially emailed to me were to the wrong airport (not Kirkland which is where I expected to go). That was clarified with an exchange of emails. The address listed for the Kirkland landing area was the address of a Spa. They had no idea what I was talking about. I walked to the water and was unable to find any signage which was helpful. I went to an event planning office in the complex. They were most helpful in making phone calls to get directions. One of the people in the office walked with us to the gate. We stood in the rain waiting for the pilot. You are certainly not responsible for the rain, however the directions could have been clear and the address could have been correct. Marco did an excellent job of dealing with 2 wet women who had difficulties finding the correct place to meet. The experience itself quickly overcame the difficulties.
