Whatever you do, avoid using this shuttle company. Not only did they not show up for our pickup on time, 40 minutes late, leaving us stranded on a busy road at the airport with an anxious 4 year old, but then charged over $60 in gratuities without our permission. We had tipped our drivers according to the service provided and we were already charged a ridiculous amount for the pick up service which was horrible. I have no complaint about the drivers themselves as one driver told me he was told 7:45 for the pick up time that I had reserved at 7:30. There isn't a thing I can do about the extra gratuity charges on my credit card and a $90 shuttle service turned into over $130. I booked a shuttle company to take care of my family and I would have been better off using a taxi or Uber. Worse decision of our whole Disneyland trip.

I messaged to confirm the flight number and arrival time. No response and the driver did not show up. Did get a local cab which was much cheaper.

We had an excellent experience with Erik, the gentleman from 24/7 Express. After Viator dropped the ball with NO communication to the Shuttle Service, 24/7 took over and was very helpful keeping in touch with us. The shuttle service was on time and had clean cars. They had informative and pleasant operators.
