Absolutely horrible. This was supposed to be a moonlight "tour". There was no tour and no tour guide. We had a driver who barely spoke and did nothing but drive us to some monuments. Zero history or commentary. When we got into the car, he handed us a book on the monuments and asked where we wanted to go. I asked him if he was an employee of the tour company and he said he was a contractor. This so-called 'tour" was nothing more than a glorified Uber driver driving us around DC. False advertising at best. I will pursue this further as we have been ripped off. Two calls later to Tripadvisor and still waiting. Buyer beware....

Bobby was a fantastic tour guide with an overview of history in an entertaining manner. Our family of 5 all had great views of the sites in the comfy van with great A/C. Seeing the town in the evening was cooler on a hot summer day, plus less crowded. The lights of the monuments made for some striking pics. Highly recommend.

The Company improperly named it a “Tour”which it is was not, that’s false advertisement. The company should not be allow to be in business, they are scamming people. It was no more than a Uber drive, not a tour!! The drive asked us where we wanted to go, if it’s a tour, that should have been already planned out. He stayed in the car, he should of gotten out of the car and gave us a tour with information about the sites. Worst experience and spent a lot of money, very upset

We need more information to verify your complaints as this company has been in business for a while and we strongly stand by our products and the folks that work for us. Our private tours are customized to your need and preference, unlike group tours we’ve got to ask what and which memorials you will like to visit. Thanks o
