Our tour guide, Anthony - was by far one of the best I've ever had. This covered a circuit around the island and provided lots of history. If you haven't been to the Vineyard it's a good introduction.

We felt very unwelcoming by the driver / tour guide . He forced us to go to another van that is already overcrowded and we could not understand why as his van had lot of room . Overall it was not a pleasant experience. I would look for another choice

My original plan had been to bring the car across on the ferry but it was fully booked by the time I went to reserve a time. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise as the cost to bring the car across was almost $200. By taking the tour with Martha's Vineyard Tours and Transport we got to see places we wouldn't have realized were there and we also had a very knowledgeable guide who gave us some great insights. The cost of the tour was reasonable in comparison to bringing the car across or hiring one there.
