Unfortunately the weather dampened our spirits but that aside enjoyed the tour. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable as a resident of MV. Our knowledge of much of what the guide was sharing was pretty minimal. We stopped off at a couple of places where there was little to see and with only fifteen minutes couldn’t do much any how. We liked Edgartown, that was a real gem but we’re given no opportunity to look around which was a shame as there looked to be more of interest there than where we stopped off.

OK, we're glad you felt the guide was knowledgeable. All of our info does let you know - in advance - that our 2 stops are 15 minutes and that we did not stop in Edgartown. Not sure how this warrants 3 stars.... Anyhoo - we recommend you book a private tour - longer stops and including Edgartown next time!

Jim was an excellent driver and guide who managed to make our 5-hour stay in MV fun and informative during a day-long torrential downpour! He took us to all the points of interest and had interesting commentary for each and all along the way. Martha’s Vineyard is a lovely place, and we hope to go back on a sunny day or for a sunny week!

Jim, our driver was personable, knowledgeable and full of anecdotes about the island. It was a rainy, miserable day and the company made accommodations to have us meet inside rather than in the rearranged outdoor location. We saw the entire island! We took the afternoon tour which gave us time to have some chowder before we met with the group. The only criticism/critique is that I wish we had time to stop in Edgartown walk around that area. However we purchased the tickets knowing that wasn’t going to happen and we are satisfied with the tour we took.
