Value for money activity for the whole family a very professional and well run experience. I would advise to book in advance as we wanted to do the one hour air boat experience but we told we would have to wait quite some time so I had to take the 30 minute experience The other on-site amenities there not that great and wouldn’t keep kids entertained for that long. We did have trouble in finding the venue only due to the distance from the main strip in Kissimmee the map is correct on the leaflet but they don’t tell you the distance you need to travel to get there on our first attempt we were sent back to Kissimmee by locals and the owner of a local petrol station who had no idea of where the experience was so stick on the map and keep going it turns out to be correct and quite simple. I was surprised at notices in the boat requesting a tip of 20% for the boat captain and his assistant and the asking of a tip from the boat captain on two occasions just before we left the boat. Saying that it was great fun we saw a couple of alligators. Birds were pointed out to us and the guide seemed to be knowledgeable after taking the 30 minute trip to be honest, you get the gist of it rather than have done the one or two hour. I don’t know what more we would’ve got out of it. I will stand corrected if someone has done this and says it’s a much better experience didn’t try the food on offer. Toilets were clean. Staff were helpful.

Amazing experience. We were not sure what to expect, but we absolutely loved it! Great with kids. Guide was knowledgeable and super friendly. Safety was at the forehand (much appreciated). The ride was so nice and something we have never done before. We loved it!

Captain Steve was a great tour guide. We saw a variety of birds and several Alligators. Definitely worth checking out of you have never been on an airboat before.
