360 CHICAGO Observation Deck sits 1,000 feet over Chicago’s legendary Michigan Avenue. Located on the 94th floor of 875 N. Michigan (formerly the John Hancock Center), 360 CHICAGO gives you the opportunity to experience what 'Travel & Leisure Magazine' voted one of the best views in America.

360 CHICAGO’s concourse level includes an interactive exhibit highlighting the history of Chicago and the vibrant cultures and businesses across Chicago neighborhoods. Explore Chicago beyond downtown after watching a short documentary titled 3 of 77 featuring an immersive view of three Chicago neighborhoods.

While taking in the views enjoy a beverage from the newly renovated CloudBar. Serving up iconic Chicago snacks, like Garrett’s popcorn, and neighborhood-inspired cocktails with local brewery, Moody Tongue on tap. Guests receive one beverage from the Sip Menu with their ticket.

Entry located at the lower concourse of 875 N Michigan Ave.

Guests may skip the ticket desk and immediately enter the security line. This ticket does not grant access to the Fast Pass Lane to the elevators.

Please do not discard ticket after scanning for entry. The QR code is needed to redeem for sip option.

In cases of low visibility or inclement weather 360 CHICAGO is nonrefundable, however you may reschedule for up to 1 year. If you would like to reschedule please do so prior to scanning the ticket. Once the ticket is scanned 360 CHICAGO can no longer reschedule the visit.

Our tickets didn’t work and then there was 0% visibility. It was a waste of time and I want a refund

While the view is amazing, over $100 for 2 people is rather steep. It was impressive how quickly the elevator gets you up and down. There is no time limit on the top, so that is plus. Staff was friendly. Drinks were delicious, but again, extremely expensive.

It was a very foggy day so there was nothing to see and they wouldn't provide a refund. It was our last day in Chicago so we couldn't change it to another day So we went upstairs and looked at fog
