250 pounds is the maximum weight, fully dressed with shoes...No refunds. Weigh-ins are mandatory, and refunds are not given if guests do not fall into this weight range.

Adults must accompany minors from ages 10-17.
Guests allergic to insect stings should bring their own medication as a precaution.
For ages 10+. Must also be at least 4 feet tall and weigh at least 60 pounds. Guests weighing over 250 pounds will not be allowed to zip.

My family and I had an absolute blast on the zipline tour! The experience was fun, exciting, and unforgettable. The guides were super helpful and informative—Colton and Bri really went above and beyond to make the tour special. Every second was filled with laughter and adventure. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a thrilling and well-organized activity!

Awesome from start to finish. The two ladies at the reception desk were super friendly and answered all of my questions. Then, the zipline adventure began. Ange drove us up the dirt road, which was like off roading in a passenger van - a great start to the zipline destination. That’s when Danny and Emmie took over and provided us with an exceptional zipline experience. They are all about having a great time while looking out for our safety throughout the event. This is the place for zipline fun in Hawaii. Look nowhere else.
