Went into great detail about the beautiful buildings and it was a peaceful smooth ride. They practiced great social distancing.

Tour guide was amazing, his knowledge of Chicago history was awesome and the way he narrated it was quite entertaining. The comfort in the boat was good.

The tour does not follow any social distancing guidelines whatsoever. It was overcrowded from the line to enter to the actual boat. Not everyone was wearing a mask. Aside from this, I was given a hard time because I did not purchase a ticket for my 3 year old child (which was not required) they made us wait until everyone got one to let us on to see if there was extra room for my 3 year old. Because we were last to get on, there were not enough seats for my family to sit together. We ended up sitting on the bottom deck where the view was obstructed. I will not be returning.
