Our tour guide was personable and comical, and the views were breathtaking. The shorter,c45-minute option was perfect for taking the kids along.

The tour guide was amazing. He said it was his last time doing the tour and I'd have to say he made it worth it. Great knowledge of all buildings and made it fun. Hands down the best thing my wife and I did during our trip. Thank you sir

My husband and I arrived 1 min after 6p.m and the boat was gone. About 30 people were left at the dock. Our tour was for 6p.m. The ticket booth was also closing the window ar 6:01 p.m. the staff suggested to reschedule but no one answered after being on hold for 25 min. Would not refund money either. This tour boat, with poor customer service shld not be in service. They just took money from 30 passengers.

We apologies that you arrived late and the boat was not able to wait. I'm not sure why you state we have horrible customer service, when in fact the staff moved your tickets, at no charge, to the next day when you were able to take the tour. We have been in operation since 1935 by providing a great experience to thousands of visitors each year, so I would ask that you don't accuse of taking money from 30 guest ( a made up number incidentally) when you have no idea how these issues were actually resolved.
