The directions we received were to the head office and not to the specific boat, which ended up being about a mile upriver. Needless to say, we missed our ride. If I would have know there were so many, I would have never booked in advance. The gent at the gate must-have been use to this and was trying to fit us on the next ride but we were under restricted time. Never did get the ride. -$100 I want my money back.

Sorry to hear about this experience, however I'm not sure if you booked with Wendella Tour. Our Corporate (Head) Office is literally 20 feet from our boarding location. In fact, I can see the boat out my window now. Please call us to discuss.

Did not even get to experience due to roads in downtown being shutdown and could not even access. Would not even let me reschedule.
