The hot chocolate that was served was cheap, grocery store cheap stuff. Get better hot chocolate if your going to charge a lot. Doesn’t take much to improve on that.

Great tour! The seats were comfortable enough and it started right on time. The tour guide was funny enough and very knowledgeable. I learned a lot about the buildings and got some beautiful views of the city. I know things like this are so stereotypically touristy, but it was truly a lovely experience that one should not skip out on! Everyone was wearing masks, but it did feel slightly crowded on board.

If you are visiting Chicago and want to experience learning about the downtown in a very relaxed manner this is it!! The ship was huge and staff was very courteous!! The whole tour lasted about 45 mins and it covered the perfect opportunities to capture the beauty of Chicago downtown. Breathtaking views of buildings along with the history behind them. My guide( Sara) was very knowledgeable and even after the tour she offered great suggestions to eat and shop in the area. Absolutely must if you are visiting and in particular short on time.
