Have lunch while gazing down on the granite bubble North Dome and relax while watching the sunset on the valley from Eagle Peak. This is a bucket list backpacking trip that lets you get up close and personal with scenes most people only see on postcards in the gift shop.

Just back from the 5 day Yosemite Icons backpacking trip and was the experience of a lifetime! Mostly away from all the crowds with challenging hikes which provided fantastic views of our most beautiful National Park! Our guides, Aida and Caber were great leaders, imparting their knowledge of the back country, plants and trees, along with history and geology of Yosemite. The back country meals were healthy and delicious and they were very accommodating to my plant based vegan diet. We camped in beautiful and private back country spots alongside a mountain river which provided good relaxing and swimming spots after a long day hiking. I used their gear which included tents, back packs, sleeping bags and pads and hiking poles which all were top quality.!

I never write reviews despite being a very active traveler. I feel compelled to respond so favorably to the trek I just finished with Lasting Adventures. Without saying what our group saw was memorable, but it everything else that made the most impression. Hearing what the guides do for their youth program is inspiring. Their professionalism is unquestioned, yet their enthusiasm is infectious. The companies logistics (food, equipment, scheduling, administration) were all top knot. My fellow hikers came from very diverse places and backgrounds. By trips end, we seemed to be an experienced, bonded team thanks to the instruction from our guides. I highly recommend Lasting Adventure to anyone considering a guided Yosemite experience. Kevin from Oregon

Fantastic 4 night backcountry backpacking trip! Our guide J.R. was awesome, knowledgeable and a fantastic cook!!! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to adventure through Yosemite!
