The good part, this is a great activity. They start you off slow so that you learn what to expect, they accept children 6 and up who weigh at least 40 pounds. The staff is attentive and have a great sense of humor. You take 7 different ziplines and watch a couple of small suspension bridges. Unlike most ziplines, you are not going across ravines, you are just zip lining off of trees, two which have died. This is not a tour of the canopy as the brochure claims, just ziplines between a few trees where the brush has been cleared. One dead tree you zipline off of it at two different levels. This tree will soon be replaced by a new zip lining platform being constructed. After all a dead tree will eventually rot. Is this the best zipline I've been on Maui, definitely not. I do also have a few safety concerns about this course. Although the staff follows the proper tie off procedures to keep you from falling, one of the ladders to climb to the highest zipline is very hard to climb as the rungs are spaced too far, especially for kids. The other concern is the stopping on some of the ziplines, two of the stops require them to hold a rope that is attached to a block that helps stop you and requires their employees to provide the stopping force. Also if you come in backwards, the rope attached to the stopping black almost clotheslined a couple of us. This zipline course requires some agility during the climbing part of this course. The entire course can be completed in an hour, depending on the size of your group, we only had eight. Their photographer only took pictures on the last two lines and one suspension bridge and the price for their photo CD is based on the number of people in your group. $30 for up to 3, and $10 for each number above 3. For our group of 6, it would have been $60, but for only 11 pictures per group member was not worth it. Would I go on this course again, definetly not. If I'm going to zipline, I want to go across a canyon or ravine or have side by side zipline. There is a view of the North shore of Maui from the zipline platforms.
