Our operator/guide had no name badge or identifying detail. The originating tour group (we heard 24) were separated on 2 different ferries. He made no effort to maintain a group tour. He offered very little narration or information about sites. The length of the tour and the ending location was ambiguous. When we reached our final destination (the 9/11 Memorial), there were only 4 people remaining of the group. We struggled to locate a taxi to be able to return to our hotel. Very disappointing!

Our tour guide was terrible, when booking we were told we would have a guided tour the whole 4 hours and all he did was take us place to place on the ferry. Once we got off the ferry we were told that there are audio tours given by the liberty island and Ellis island. Our tour guide sat in the cafe until our time was finished. Also this tour does not include tickets into the liberty statue or the 9/11 museum. Even though it states in the “what the expect” that the museum is included. You have to buy your tickets separate. So long story short we paid $70 each to have a “guide” to show us how to get to the ferry. I could have saved $50 by doing it myself and listening to the free audio provided by the attractions. Absolutely uncalled for and will never use this company again.

Ms Vivian was a wealth of knowledge. With the crowds on this most lovely of days she was able to get us in close to the front of the lines to get us on and off the ferry in no time. We learned so much from her because we were able to get to the attractions quickly. Vivian went out of her way to stand in line for us while we went in to quickly view Ellis Island in order to make it back to Battery Park for the 9/11 Memorial Museum scheduled part of the tour. We didn't expect her to walk us through the Financial District and tell us about the areas on the way to the Memorial. It was so wonderful and we got so much out of this one tour! We really appreciated it. When she left us at the memorial we all felt like we wanted her to stay with us lol. We had no worries with her with us. Thank you Vivian! We'd highly recommend her!
