Please plan to arrive 25 MINUTES prior to your scheduled reservation. When you arrive, look for the light blue booth with the red flags!
Guests are required to complete the following waiver before arrival.
Children ages 5-17 will need adult authorization to participate.
Travelers receive 8-10 minutes of air time.
Casual dress such as shorts, bathing suits, and tees are recommended. The captain may dip your toes in the water!

It was an awesome experience! Both crew members were nice and gave us a beautiful tour of the area as well as an awesome parasailing experience! I didn’t even get wet! I surprised my 18 year old son and booked this hoping he would enjoy it! I’m almost 61 and was a bit nervous about doing this! We both loved it! We both would do it again!

Worst trip, very rude staff and, don’t even bother to give you and talk to you with respect, They don’t even give you proper directions to get to the dock, once there they will talk to you as if you are a sinner and culprit and I with my kids just reached on time, at 4.00, they didn’t even bother to just get us on boat. On top they talk to you no we cannot. This is a tourist place we expect, some delays, one is traffic, google shows, 14 min but took, 40 mins. Trust me they way they responded and behaved was so bad, and of course kids were left with disappointment. Will never recommend, Never ever seen such rude and reckless behavior

It is well worth the experience and the price. An unbelievable experience. Just floating in the air and all of a sudden, noticing how quiet it was up there.
