We were booked on a Saturday at 9am…we leave early because we’re told to arrive early and don’t be late etc etc…we are walking up and I get a text maybe 30m before that a part was missing somewhere and they couldn’t fly out that morning OR later because they had to do test runs. Okay fine, rescheduled us for the next day at 11. There we go, arriving early again the next day. I get another 30mn notice that something is wrong with the boat and they aren’t doing any sailing. Couldn’t get a reschedule after that because we had to leave back home. The short notices were SO inconvenient. We were on vacation and were woken early twice just to be told we won’t be going. By the way, this was Fourth of July weekend, you would THINK ona busy weekend like this, they’d be prepared. This was one of the main activities I couldn’t wait to do while on vacation with my daughter. Such a disappointment. Book somewhere else!

Since it was a holiday weekend, we tried to fix the mechanical issues as quickly as possible, but the test runs were deemed unsafe. This is the reason for the last minute cancellations.
