This was such a great experience. It was with my wife and three recently turned adult sons. We had previously rafted a couple times with the most challenging rapids being a single class 4. We wanted to up the excitement with this one and did the morning half day trip of the sections that included class 4 and 5 rapids. It was maybe a 10 minute van ride to the drop-off and about 10 minutes back after rafting. It was just us with one other boat and we were the first groups to get to the drop-off location so we were literally by ourselves for most of the trip. Berry was our guide and we loved him. He gave really good instructions right from the start and let us do some more challenging routes when he offered. We even got his business card and may try to hire him again in the future in a different location because he travels around. This is a must do for anyone looking for beautiful surroundings and some adventure. We would do it again tomorrow if we were back in Colorado. The photos were $25 for one or $55 for all that they took. We have no idea where the photographer was hiding, but we bought one of the photos and I attached it. Great trip!

Kyle was addicting! It felt like I was vaping ig r 8 straight hours 🤯. His knowledge of Colorado, Evil Knievel, and modern day mammal transportation was captivating. Despite losing a friend at Sunshine Falls, Kyle kept us wanting more the whole trip 🙃. 10/10 would recommend!

Arkansas River Tours are professional! We had a mixed family group of thrill seekers and a hesitant and scared family member. Our guide Zach Otte provided a trip which covered all the bases. Unparalleled thrills for all and yet also being so attentive that the hesitant member now can’t wait to go back again!
